Most clients (Thunderbird, Outlook, Apple Mail, Android) configure themselves — just enter your full e-mail address and password. If you need to do it by hand:

Install the profile apple.mobileconfig (Mail + Calendar + Contacts in one step; you will be asked for your address and password). It is signed and shows as Verified. Variants: /apple.mobileconfig?domain=yourdomain (signed with your domain's certificate), /apple.mobileconfig?email=you@yourdomain&prefill=1 (address pre-filled, but unsigned — shows "Not Verified").
Add account → type your address and password → it finds the settings automatically.
Add account → type your address → Autodiscover fills the settings (choose IMAP if asked).
